As states across the US continue their phased approach to lifting restrictions and reopening, we are consistently monitoring the situation and working closely with our clients to adapt plans as necessary. There are two approaches that we are taking to ensure that the safety of our clients, guests, and staff remains a top priority.
Exclusive, Safe, Local Experiences
For the remainder of 2020, many of our clients are opting to host experiences locally. We work with them to follow the latest guidelines, and ensure that their guests feel completely safe and satisfied.
For example, imagine private limos picking each of your guests and their families up at their own homes. They drive to your state’s football stadium where a beautifully decorated table sits at the 50-yard line. A celebrity chef brings out a 7-course dinner, while players from the team chat with the guests via a video conference on the Jumbotron. They’re all given personalized, branded jerseys and helmets as parting gifts, before their limo takes them back home, safe and sound.
2. Flexibility, Contingencies, & Postponements
Not sure what’s in store for 2021 and beyond? No problem, we are flexible. We know how to negotiate contracts to ensure that contingency plans are made and rescheduling is possible, and our team is able to shift dates and times without any problem at all.
Recently, a Mother’s Day sweepstakes for one of our brand clients was scheduled to start the experience in early April. The winner and guest were traveling from the US to Amsterdam and throughout the Netherlands. We communicated our concern for the winner and guest traveling as COVID-19 became more significant in Europe, and we immediately launched in rescheduling mode. The experience was pushed to 2021, giving the winner and guest peace of mind that their safety and well-being were our and our client’s priority, and they are excited for a memorable experience when travel restrictions are lifted due to COVID-19 being a nonissue.
